Entry requirements

Admission to study programs, regardless of the form of study, is based on the following criteria:

The applicant must be a member of a local Baptist church for at least 1 year;

2

The applicant must have at least 1 year of experience in serving in a local Baptist church;

3

The applicant must have a basic knowledge of the fundamentals of the Christian faith, biblical history and the content of the canonical books of the Bible;

4

Applicants need to have a complete secondary education and demonstrate academic ability;

5

You must have letters of recommendation from a pastor and 2 responsible ministers (who are not relatives of the applicant)

Before starting the ZBS, an applicant must submit all the necessary documents.

The purpose of the program

To train leaders capable of organizing and developing sisterhood ministry in local Baptist churches: conducting Bible studies in small groups, evangelizing women, mentoring and pastoral care, and organizing various types of women's ministry.

Learning objectives

to form a biblical understanding of the ministry of sisters in the church;

to teach methods of effective Bible teaching in small groups;

to provide insight into the biblical principles of mentoring and pastoral care;

to show the importance of identifying and utilizing spiritual gifts for more effective ministry of sisters in the church;

to teach the sisters to be creative in developing and conducting various church and social events in the field of women's ministry;

to inspire the sisters to develop women's ministry in the local church and region.

Program courses

In addition to basic biblical courses, the Nursing Faculty offers the following courses:

- the teacher and his ministry;
- principles of preparing a Bible lesson;
- Bible study in a small group;
- philosophy of nursing in the church;
- planning and organization of nursing;

- biblical counseling;
- biblical principles of marriage and family/conflict resolution; - practical ministry course (intersession teaching in local churches).
