To help the brothers who carry out pastoral ministry to improve their ministry in the local church

to explain the important practical components of pastoral ministry: management, vision of church development, discipleship, pastoral care;

outline biblical job descriptions for pastors and deacons;

Session 2 - Management in the ministry of a pastor
- Spiritual and physical (exhaustion, self-care, etc.) life of a minister
- Leadership styles
- Levels of ministry development
- Structure of church management
- Vision of church development
- "Learning to grow old": challenges, opportunities, emphasis

Session 3 - Fundamentals of the Presbyteral and Deacon's Ministry
- The Biblical Job Description of a Pastor: Know, Lead, Feed, Protect
- Rethinking the ministry of deacons

Session 4 - Organizing new churches
- Basic components of evangelism
- Methods and practice of evangelism in the regional context
- Discipleship

Session 5 - Pastoral care - Modern challenges of pastoral ministry
- Skills of active listening and questioning
- Biblical and physiological help depending on the nature of the problem and the spiritual state of the person
- The role of prayer in pastoral care

Entry requirements

Admission to study programs, regardless of the form of study, is based on the following criteria:

The applicant must be a member of a local Baptist church for at least 1 year;

The applicant must have at least 1 year of experience in serving in a local Baptist church;

3

The applicant must have a basic knowledge of the fundamentals of the Christian faith, biblical history and the content of the canonical books of the Bible;

4

Applicants need to have a complete secondary education and demonstrate academic ability;

5

You must have letters of recommendation from a pastor and 2 responsible ministers (who are not relatives of the applicant)

Before starting the ZBS, an applicant must submit all the necessary documents.
